| Welcome to the Inyo Mono Advocates for Community Action, Inc.
 Community Connections for Children offers programs that help; parents in locating quality, accessible child care in Mono County; provide support for child development centers and family care centers; helps low income families obtain child care.
IMACA CCC operates 13 California Department of Education funded contracts, two First 5 contracts and one through Mono County Health and Human Services.
Purpose: It is the mission of Inyo Mono Advocates for Community Action, Inc., to empower low-income people, to advocate for their needs, and to find and maintain a healthy lifestyle by breaking the cylce of poverty.
Services: Community Connection for Children has a resource library, offers a subsidized child care program, provides various community, children and child care provider events and trainings. We also have a weekly parent supervised playgroup and publish a community caledar and newsletter in Mono County.
Hours Available: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Almost all of our services are free of charge. The subsidized child care program assist income elligible families with their child care costs at a provider of their choice.
